Please be aware between 08:00 - 09:00 you will not have the option to select Brookfields or Cherry Hinton; your call will go to the first available receptionist to try and keep waiting times to a minimum during this busy period. Please do not press 1 or 2 between 08:00 - 09:00, the system will cut you off or you will get stuck in a loop. After 09:00 you will be able to select your preferred site.
