Have you received good service from our reception or clinical team?
It is always great for the team to hear if you think we are doing a good job. You can leave your feedback on our NHS Choices pages (please click here for Cherry Hinton and here for Brookfields), via our website contacts page, or the friends and family survey. There are also hard copy comment and friends and family forms at each site. All feedback will be passed to the individual or team.
We also want to hear when you think we can do better...
To ensure we can do the most to respond to your feedback where you want us to do better please get in touch with Emma, the Practice Manager, or Lyn, the Deputy Manager, via our contacts page or telephone the practice to speak to one of us. Reception can also arrange for a time for you pop in to see one of us if you prefer. We will always come back to you with the outcome of the internal review of your feedback.

If you would like to join the forum group you will be contacted via email from time to time by me, for your views on any service changes we are considering. It will also act as a medium to contact you and seek your views about any other local healthcare developments that may affect the operation of the practice.
All patients of the practice are welcome to become members of the Forum.
